Auto Club

Auto club is an after school activity offered in the auto shop. It takes place most Thursdays from 3-6pm. This gives students the opportunity to work on special projects that are not available during class time. We have many projects available to work on. Our 1984 GMC K15 truck aka "the mudder" is running and we are in the process of painting and assembling the body. The most famous and well known vehicle we have is the 1986 Pontiac Trans-Am drag car. We are planning to swap engines to a more modern fuel injection set-up for better performance. For those who like older vehicles, we have a 1937 Ford Phaeton kit car to get running and a 1967 Ford Mustang convertible. It is a relaxing environment where students can showcase their skills.
