Announcing Online Registration For Fall 2025

The Lakeview High School Athletic Department and Jefferson Middle School are once again using Arbiter's FamilyID for online sports registration for our families and players.  Arbiter's FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides our families with a safe, easy and user-friendly way to register for Lakeview and Jefferson Middle School athletics.  No more paperwork!  In order to participate in sports during the 2025-2026 school year, all athletes must register online at the link below to be cleared and approved before the first tryout or practice.

Lakeview High School Fall Sports Registration Deadline:  September 13, 2025

Jefferson Middle School Fall Sports Registration Deadline:  September 27, 2025

Before You Register:

A current physical exam dated on or after April 15, 2025, must be fully completed prior to participating in an athletic practice.  All physicals must be on the MHSAA physical form.  No other forms will be accepted.

It will be helpful to have the following information handy to allow for accurate completion of your online registration:

• Emergency Contact Information
• Primary Care Physician Information
• Insurance Information

Follow These Steps:

• To find your program, click on the link provided above and select the registration form under the word Programs.
• Next click on the green Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Create Account/Log in green buttons.

1. If this is your first time using FamilyID, click Create Account.
2. Click Log In, if you already have a FamilyID account.

• Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner first and last names (parent/guardian), email  address and password.
• Select I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of Service.
• Click Create Account
• You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account.  (If you don't see the email, check your email filters - spam, junk, etc.).
• Click on the link in your activation email which will log you in to FamilyID.com.
• Once in the registration form, complete the information requested.  All fields  with a red* are required to have an answer.
• Click the Continue button when your form is complete.
• Review your registration summary.
• Click the green Submit button.

1. After selecting 'Submit', the registration will be complete.  You will receive a completion email from FamilyID confirming your registration.

At any time, you may login at https://hello.students.arbitersports.com/ to update your information and to check your registration(s).

To view a completed registration, select the 'Registration' tab on the blue bar.
