MISSING LOGIN INFORMATION
If you did not receive an email with your login information, the username is your child’s student ID. This can be found on any of your student’s report cards at the top. It will start with a 10000….., you may also contact your school building and they will be able to assist you with this information. The password is your student’s birthdate; it must be entered as a two-digit month, a forward slash, a two-digit day, a forward slash, and a four-digit year - MM/DD/YYYY.
PARENT INFORMATION IS INCORRECT IN GATEWAY
If you login to the Annual Update and the information is blank/gray and it will not let you move past that page, please contact PowerSchool Help at 586-445-4000 ext. 7507.
If you have had a change of address, you will not be able to change it in the Annual Update. You will need to provide your school building or the administration building with your new Proof of Residency noted below before we can make the address change.
- Birth Parent Driver's License (in the new address)
- DTE or Consumer's Energy bill (in birth parent name, in the new address)
- Current Lease (if renter) OR Current Property Tax Bill or Warranty Deed (if owner)
If you have completed the Annual Update and it shows as Pending, this indicates that you have completed the Annual Update and it is pending a transfer from Gateway’s system into PowerSchool. You do not need to do anything further.
